How does the delivery process work?
Once your order is processed in the system, we inform the pick-up schedule to our trusted delivery partner of pick-up from your mentioned address.
Once we received the fabric, we stitched it as per your instruction and design, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After passing the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they cannot reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How is the product packaging done?
We pack the products in a PP poly bag with a POD cover jacket.

We ship throughout Delhi NCR
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification on the application with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can check the tracking details from the order page.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days after pick-up of the fabric and during the festive season or any public holidays, you might experience delays.
If you are ordering our products through a promotional offer or any marketing campaign or during the sale period dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 7-10 days of the order date.
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We have standard shipping charges of Rs.80/- applied to all orders below Rs.250, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.250
Sishtu ship outside India?
At present, we ship only within Delhi NCR, India.
